Drinks

Aloha-tini

Need a nice drink to go with your tropical themed dinner?  Or just a fun fruity drink to end your day? Look no further.  How about delicious cocktail to have ready for mom this Friday night, getting her relaxed and ready for Mother’s Day? If you are in the middle of May-rain like I am, this drink just might help transport you to warmer, sunnier conditions.  Or at least help you forget that it’s raining outside.
Jim is the resident mixologist.  I threw a few ingredients at him and he was able to serve me something tasty, refreshing, and relaxing. As much as I want to learn to drink vodka and other adult beverages, neat, to reduce calories, I can’t, I need mixers.  Hope you enjoy this one as much as I did.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Chambord
  • ¾ oz Triple-Sec
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • oz orange juice
  • oz pineapple juice
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a drink shaker.
  2. Shake and pour.
  3. Sip responsibly.
