Knock-off Olive Garden's Steak Gorgonzola

Ingredients

  • 1 lb . Fettuccine noodles
  • 1 batch Alfredo sauce
  • 1 batch simple Balsamic reduction sauce
  • 4 steaks; grilled
  • 1 small package (5 oz.) Gorgonzola crumbles
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Bring a pan of water to boil, heavily salt it and cook your noodles according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile make your Alfredo or warm it up.
  3. Make your balsamic reduction.
  4. Grill your steaks to desired doneness.

To assemble:

  1. Toss your cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce.
  2. Swirl up and plate.
  3. Place grilled steak in the bed of pasta.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic reduction over both steak and pasta.
  5. Sprinkle the Gorgonzola crumbles over both steak and pasta.
  6. Voila- Serve and enjoy.
