Sweet-Kickin' Mini-Smoked Sausages

Ingredients

. package of mini smoked sausage
1/2
medium onion; sliced thin

cup
barbeque sauce
(homemade or prepared)

tsp
. soy sauce

tbsp
. Sriracha
1/2
tsp
. granulated garlic OR 1 clove grated/minced
1/8
tsp
. ground black pepper
1/8
tsp
. salt
1/2
cup
crushed or tidbit pineapple-juice reserved
1/2
cup
pineapple juice
(from reserved can)
1/3
cup
brown sugar
1/4
cup
grape jelly
Instructions
For stove-top directions:
Bring all ingredients to a simmer but the smoked sausages.
Once heated add the sausages and return to simmer. Serve.
For slow-cooker:
Add all ingredients but the smoked sausages, mix well.
Stir in sausages.
Heat on low for two hours or until you are ready to serve them up.
