Preheat oven to 350°

Mix/sift the dry goods together in a bowl and set aside.

Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugars together on medium high.

Once combined, add the eggs, one at a time, making sure the first is fully incorporated before adding the next.

Add the vanilla and mix.

Slowly add the dry ingredients, a bit at time, until the dough has been completed formed.

Pour in the butterscotch chips and mix until well combined.

Mix in 2 tbsp caramel sauce to the dough.

Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and apply the cooking spray.

Press half the dough into the pan, taking care to reach the corners as best as possible.

Drizzle 2 tbsp caramel over the pressed dough.

Add the remaining dough to the pan, again taking care to reach the corners.

Drizzle the final 3 tbsp caramel sauce over the top.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until they have reached the desired doneness.
