Easy Granola Bars

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds , roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 pkg Carnation Breakfast Essentials®-Classic French Vanilla (2/3 cup)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup orange honey


  1. In a large bowl, add the oats, almonds, cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and salt, if using and Carnation Breakfast Essentials®. Toss together until fully mixed.
  2. Add the vanilla, almond milk, and honey, stir until combined, it will look wet and sticky but not overly saturated.
  3. Spoon into a 9 x 13 pan lined with parchment paper and press down until the entire pan is covered and there are no holes.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated 350° for about 25 minutes, but start checking at 20, as they start to brown.
  5. When cooked, removed from pan via the parchment paper and allow to cool completely before cutting. Cut into 8 bars.
