Ingredients

Garlic Cheese Bread

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 stick butter; softened (not melted)
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 6 oz grated Monterrey Jack cheese

Salad

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/8 prepared Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped thick sliced hard salami
  • 1/4 cup cubed mozzarella cheese or fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1 small tomato , sliced
  • 6 peperonici peppers

Main

  • 1-17.5 oz package Bertolli Chicken Parmigiana
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 bottle red wine

Instructions

Garlic Cheese Bread

  1. Place the soften butter in a bowl and mix in the garlic, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  2. Slice the loaf in half and equally spread the butter on both halves.
  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the butter on both loaves.
  4. Place under the broiler and WATCH. Once golden brown, remove. Careful, it will burn quickly.

Salad

  1. Wash and dry the greens and place in a large bowl.
  2. Dice the cheese, tomato, and salami and add it to the bowl.
  3. Toss the salad with the dressing and plate.
  4. Garnish with the peperoncini peppers.

Main

  1. Cook the Bertolli Chicken Parmigiana according to package directions.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions
  3. Open the wine and allow it to breathe.
  4. Plate the pasta, and top with the cooked chicken parmigiana.
  5. Plate the salad.
  6. Slice the garlic bread.
  7. Pour the wine.
  8. Serve and Enjoy.
