Roll it out to make personal size pizzas and line the edges of the crust with olive oil.
Add 2 tsp of Avocado ranch to the center, spreading it to meet the olive oil border.
Add 5-7 pieces of carne asada.
Cut the grilled green onions to fill the spaces between the beef.
Bake the pizza:
Outdoor Pizza Oven
Place the pizza in the oven, towards the back, it will cook in about 2 minutes, but watch it, and move it half way through closer to the front of the oven.
Indoor Oven with Pizza Stone
Preheat the oven to 400° and allow the stone to preheat for at least 10 minutes.
Assemble the pizza and slide it onto the stone in the oven.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until it has reached the desired doneness.
Once the pizza has baked, sprinkle queso fresco all over the top and add the pico de gallo.
