Easy Greek Salad

  • 3 ripe tomatoes; sliced or diced
  • 1 cucumber; sliced or diced
  • 1/2 red onion; sliced or diced.
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese; crumbled
  • 11/2 tbsp . extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp . red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp . seasoned salt +/-
  • 1/2 tsp . freeze-dried dill
  • Black pepper; to taste


  1. Decide on plating, either slice or dice.
  2. Assemble on a platter or add diced veggies to a bowl.
  3. Add the feta.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk until emulsified the olive oil, vinegar, seasoned salt, dill, and black pepper.
  5. Either drizzle the dressing over the platter or pour over the veggies in the blow and toss them gently.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
