In a large bowl, add the orange and lime juice, vinegar, onion, garlic and cilantro.

Stir well and add the pork.

Allow it to sit in the bowl for a minute and then add it to a gallon-size or large zip-seal bag.

Place on a baking sheet.

Allow the pork to marinate for one hour, flipping the bag every fifteen minutes.

Add all the seasonings and spices to a bowl and blend them together well.

Pre-heat the grill.

After the pork chops have marinated for an hour, remove them from the bag and discard the liquid and onions.

Pat the chops dry and apply the rub to both sides of the pork chops.

Grill the chops on each side for 4-7 minutes, depending on how thick the chops are.

Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve.
