Ingredients

head of romaine heart; shredded

hard-boiled eggs; diced
1/2
cup
cooked chicken
2
tbsp
dried cranberries
1
tsp
sunflower seeds
1/2
carrot; diced
2
tbsp
hot bacon mustard vinaigrette; +/- to taste
Instructions
Add the rinsed romaine to a plate or bowl.
Layer the salad with each ingredient.
Dress the salad with the vinaigrette.
Enjoy.
