High Protein Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of romaine heart; shredded
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs; diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 carrot; diced
  • 2 tbsp hot bacon mustard vinaigrette; +/- to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the rinsed romaine to a plate or bowl.
  2. Layer the salad with each ingredient.
  3. Dress the salad with the vinaigrette.
  4. Enjoy.
