Ingredients

large pack of chicken thighs
(abt 9 thighs)

(2 medium) green bell pepper; sliced
1

(2 medium) red bell pepper; sliced
1
large onion; sliced

cans diced tomatoes
3
cloves
garlic +/-
4
oz
chicken broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
(about 1/4 tsp or more)
Red Pepper Flakes to taste
(about 1 tsp)
Instructions
Slow Cooker
Add all ingredients and stir, set to low and cover.
Check after heating through (3 hours) to taste for salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Cook 6 or so hours on low.
