Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients

  • 1 large pack of chicken thighs (abt 9 thighs)
  • 1 large (2 medium) green bell pepper; sliced
  • 1 large (2 medium) red bell pepper; sliced
  • 1 large onion; sliced
  • 2-14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic +/-
  • 4 oz chicken broth
  • Salt and Pepper to taste (about 1/4 tsp or more)
  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste (about 1 tsp)

Instructions

Slow Cooker

  1. Add all ingredients and stir, set to low and cover.
  2. Check after heating through (3 hours) to taste for salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Cook 6 or so hours on low.
