Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil

granulated garlic

dried oregano

dried sage

cup
parmesan cheese
, finely grated, plus a bit more

balsamic vinegar
Kosher salt; to taste
Fresh oregano; optional to garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375º
Add all the ingredients to a zip-close bag.
Seal and gently shake/toss the contents, coating all the mushrooms.
Spread them in a single layer on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Cook for 15 minutes or until they begin to brown.
Remove them from the oven and dust with reserved parmesan cheese and fresh oregano, if using.
Serve immediately.
