Add the butter to the sauce over medium heat.
Once melted, raise the heat to medium high.
Add the water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar; whisk to combine.
Whisk in all the seasonings.
Bring to a low boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium low, allow to simmer for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
