Plum Salsa ~ Fresh red plums, peppers, onions, and cilantro for a delicious twist on the classic salsa; great with chips or on a taco

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb . plums; diced , stone removed
  • 1 small bell pepper; finely diced
  • 1 cup onion; finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño; deseeded , deveined, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp . cilantro; chopped
  • 1 lime; juiced
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. 
  2. Chill until ready to serve.
