  • 4 slices cheddar cheese; thick-cut
  • lettuce leaves
  • red onion slices
  • tomato slices
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce (with sesame seeds)
  • 4 pineapple rings; canned in natural juice

Teriyaki Mayo

  • 1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp pineapple juice (from can)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ball Park Steakhouse® Flame Grilled Burger according to package directions using preferred method.

  2. While the patties cook, prep the vegetables.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and pineapple juice together, set aside.

  2. Add lettuce, onion, and tomato to the bottom bun.

  3. Place the patty on top, brush the cheesed patty with 1/4 tbsp of teriyaki sauce (+/- to taste).

  4. Add a pineapple ring on the patty and replace the top bun.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
