The childhood classic summertime drink of grape juice, lemon-lime soda with a squeeze of fresh lime juice has been given a grown-up make-over by adding bourbon.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups Welch's Concord Grape Juice
  • 1 3/4 cups Lemon-Lime Soda
  • 1 3/4 cups Bourbon
  • 3-4 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice (about 2 limes)

Garnish

  • Fresh Lime Wedges
  • Mint Leaves
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a 2-qt pitcher, mix the grape juice, soda, bourbon and fresh lime juice. 

  2. Gently stir as to not dissolve all the carbonation.

  3. Pour into individual ice-filled glasses.

  4. Garnish with the option fresh lime wedges and fresh mint.

Recipe Notes

To make the classic Grape Rickey, simply omit the bourbon for a mocktail that all can enjoy!
