Strawberry Lemon Mint Infused Water ~ Steeped strawberries, lemon, and mint in chilled water is a refreshingly delicious way to get your daily intake.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water; chilled
  • 2 lemons
  • 5-7 strawberries; plump
  • 10-20 mint leaves
  • 4 cups ice +/- as needed

Instructions

  1. Wast fruit and slice.


  2. Wash mint leaves and de-stem

  3. In a 2 qt pitcher, add the fruit and mint leaves, ice, and fill to the top with water.

  4. Chill for 2-24 hours before enjoying, the longer, the stronger the fruit flavors will be. 

  5. You can add more water 2-3 more times with the same fruit before the potency is lost and the fruit begins to break down. 

  6. For really strong flavor, you can muddle everything together, then strain out the solids.
